Breaded Fish Fillets

You will need:
Zatarain's Crispy Southern Fish Fri
Mc Cormick Cajun Seafood Seasoning
Tilapia skinless fillets
Oil for Frying




Mix equal parts of Zatarain's seasoning and Mc Cormick seasoning in a container or a ziplock bag.

Coat the pieces of fish in this breading evenly on both sides until well coated.Shallow fry in hot oil until golden and crispy.






Serve with tarter sauce and steak fries.

I tried this today and it came out crunchy and yummy. And it is so simple to make. Thanks for the recipe.

Fish is good. When I fry fish I use cornmeal or seasoned fish fry. I eat catfish fillets,tilapia,and shrimp.
