1 lb frozen Okra/Bhindi
1/2 pound bag of frozen diced onions
5 tbsp petite diced tomatoes
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1 tbsp oil
1/4 tsp haldi
1 tsp ground zeera
In a pan, add all the above ingredients together.
Mix well and cook for 5 minutes while stirring occasionally.
Now cover and cook for another five minutes until most of the water has dried up.
Serve with roti.
