1 lb frozen Okra/Bhindi
1/2 pound bag of frozen diced onions
5 tbsp petite diced tomatoes
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1 tbsp oil
1/4 tsp haldi
1 tsp ground zeera

In a pan, add all the above ingredients together.

Mix well and cook for 5 minutes while stirring occasionally.

Now cover and cook for another five minutes until most of the water has dried up.

Serve with roti.

It sure is easy and quick with all the frozen/canned convenience. Initially I used to get fresh bhindi, clean, cut, wash etc and fry it before I would follow the rest of the recipe. But thanks to Ammi(MIL, may Allah SWT grant her a high place in Jannah), I skipped the part of frying the bhindi and now to save time, I just use the frozen ones!
