Black Beans

1 can Black Beans
1 tsp oil
2 tbsp fried onions
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp g.chilli paste
1/4 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp zeera powder
1/4 tsp paprika
2 tbsp diced tomotoes

Wash and drain the canned black beans.

In a saucepan, pour oil and add the fried onions, green chilli paste,diced tomatoes, salt, r.pepper, zeera powder, paprika and salt.

Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Let all the masala dry and serve as a side.

They turn out quite chatpatta. I like to eat it on its own without roti. Makes a quick lunch/snack!
