Chicken 1 cutups
Oil 2 tbsp
Adrak/Lasan paste 1 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp
Haldi 1/2 tsp
Ground Zeera 1 tsp
Chat Masala 1/2 tsp
Curry Powder 1/2 tsp
Tomatoes diced 1/2 cup
Cilantro 1/4 cup
Wash and drain the chicken pieces.
In a pot, take oil and add the chicken with Adrak /lasan paste, salt, red chilli powder, zeera, haldi, chat masala, curry powder and paprika.
Now turn on the heat and bhoonj for a few minutes.
Next, add the diced tomatoes.
Add cilantro and cook for 5 minutes.
Now close the lid and let it cook until chicken is tender and oil shows on top.
Garnish with cilantro and serve with Roti.
