Breakfast Eggs

Sunny Side Up:

Take oil in a frying pan enough to cover the base of the pan and a little over. Crack an egg and pour in over the oil.

Now turn on the heat and let it cook until most of it becomes white.

Now start pouring oil from the sides to the top of the egg with the help of a spatula.

Take it out onto a plate white the yolk looks hazy and the white looks milky.

Eggs on Toast:

For Eggs on Toast, toast a slice of bread in the toaster,

Transfer the sunny-side up egg from the fring pan directly onto the toasted bread.

In a bowl, take an egg or two and whisk it well. Add chopped onions, bell peppers, spring onions, mushrooms, salt and b.pepper. Add a little whipping cream or milk for richness.

Pour it in a frying pan with a dash of oil or margarine.

Let it set on the frying pan and take its shape.

Once, the sides start to turn white, carefully flip it over onto the other side.

Cheese Omelette:

After omelette is almost done in the frying pan, add a tablespoon of Philadelphia cream cheese onto one side and fold it halfway.

Cook for another 30 secs pressing on the omelette's side with cheese underneath,

Serve with toasted bread.

Scrambled Eggs

In a frying pan with a few drops of oil, crack the eggs and whisk well with a wooden spoon. Now let it cook and stir frequently to get the pictured result. To make it richer, add whipping cream or milk after cracking the eggs.

Eggs in Croissants

Slit a croissant into half and transfer the scrambled eggs. Put it in the toaster oven on low for one minute until the top becomes crusty. Cheese slice can be added before placing it in the oven.
