Masala Fish

We often have this seasoned Tilapia fish with fresh Haath roti. The instructions for roti will be coming soon Inshaallah.

3 Tilapia Fillets without skin
Garlic paste 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
Paprika 1/2 tsp
Lemon Juice 1 tsp
Zeera Powder 1/2 tsp
Oil for frying

Wash and dry the fish fillets.


Add all the seasonings to it.


Let it sit for atleast 5-7 minutes for marination.




Take a tablespoon of oil in a frying pan. Transfer the fish into the pan.

Cook on one side for 2-3 minutes and turn over. Cook another 2-3 minutes on the other side.


Cook until lightly blackened.
















This could be baked as well instead of frying to make it a healthier option.
This can be served as a meal with fresh haath roti or as a side with Karee Khitchri or Daal Chawal.
