Quick Khaman

1 cup water
1 cup Baisun
1 tbsp Suji
1 tsp Adrak lasan paste
1/2 tsp G. chillies
Pinch of Haldi
Pinch of yellow color
Pinch of salt
1 tbsp ENO Fruit Salt

For Waghar: Rai ,Karee Patta and Oil
For Garnishing: coconut, cilantro

Blend the Baisun, Water and Suji with a hand blender. Add the rest of the ingrediaents besides Eno.






























Now add the ENO and pour the batter into a square corning dish that has a lid.































Microwave for 3 minutes on full power. (Microwaves varies so it could be anywhere between 3-5 minutes)
















Sprinkle cilantro and coconut and waghar the rai on it. Ciu it into squares.

















Now mix 1 cup of water and 2-3 tsp of sugar(depending on sweetness desired) and pour evenly all over and let it sit for 30 seconds.Serve with Sev.

I know.. When mummy told me about this recipe, I couldn't believe it either but then had to trust her. It turned out to be quick and delicious!!

i dont understand y add water and sugar --the last step?
