Tandoori Chicken Masala

Also known as 'Orange Chicken' in kids language.

Boneless Chicken breasts 1 tray
Yogurt 5 tbsp
Sour Cream 2 tbsp
Shan Tandoori Chicken Masala 1/2 pack (Less for mild)
Adrak Lasan paste 1 tbsp
Lemon Juice 1 tsp
Tomato Sauce 2 tbsp
Oil 1 tbsp

Clean and wash the chicken. Cut into cubes.
Add everything from the list except oil and let it marinate for 15-20 minutes.

Add the oil and cover and cook until chicken is tender.

Uncover and cook for another 5 minutes to evaporate the excess water. Serve with Paratha/Naan.

This recipe can be baked as well. Bone-in chicken can be used too.
