Cauliflower

Potatoes medium 2 peeled and cut into cubes
Cauliflower florets 1 pk frozen
Diced tomatoes 1/2 can
Frozen peas 1/2 cup
Frozen carrots 1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Black pepper 1/4 tsp
Red chilli powder 1.2 tsp
Paprika 1/2 tsp
Haldi (turmeric powder) 1.4 tsp
Zeera (roasted cumin) powder 1/2 tsp
Oil 1 tbsp

In a pot, add the oil and put the potato cubes. cook for a minute.



Add the spices.


Bhoonj well.


Now add the diced tomatoes.


Add a little water if needed and cook until potatoes are almost tender.


Now add the cauliflower florets, carrots and sweet peas.


Mis well and cook for another few minutes until all is tender.


Serve with Roti.
