Take white wheat flour and add warm water, oil and pinch of salt to make a smooth soft dough. Leave it aside for 10 minutes.
Now taking a small sized portion, roll it into a disc with a rolling pin as shown below.
Smear oil over it and dust with flour.
Fold it into half. Smear oil again and dust with flour.
Make it into a triangle and leave it aside.
Do the same with the rest of the dough.
Noe taking one triangle at a time, roll it from the edges to get rid of the corners and giving it a rounded shape at the same time.
Keep rolling until it takes the shape as shown below.
Carefully transfer it on to the hot griddle.
Cook on medium flame. Once it starts to bubble, turn over and pour some oil over it.
Again turn tit over browning lightly both the sides.

To freeze, let it cool and stack them one on top of the other and place it in a freezer gallon sized bag. To reheat, just take a roti and put it in the microwave for 30-45 seconds.
