Sevian Kheer

2 cups or 1 pkg Sevian (Vermicilli
1/2 cup butter
Elachi few pieces (Cardamom)
2 cups milk or 1 can evaporated milk + 1 cup milk
1 tin Condense Milk
1/2 pint Heavy Whipping Cream.

Melt butter in a pot and add the elachi and braise well
Add the milk and cook until all milk is absorbed.
Now add Condensed milk and whipping cream. Stir frequently until it thickens. Pour in a serving heat-proof dish and sprinkle with sliced almonds.

Serve warm or cold.
