Chicken Karhai Qeema

Qeema/Ground Chicken 2 lbs
Adrak Lasan (Ginger Garlic) paste 2 tbsp
Diced onions 1/4 cup
Whole red chillies 4-5
A few of each: Whole black pepper, Cloves, Cinnamon stick
Oil 2 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tsp*
Haldi (Turmeric) 1/2 tsp*
Zeera (Cumin) powder 1 tsp*
Chat Masala 3/4 tsp*
Red Chilli powder 1/2 tsp*
Paprika 1/2 tsp*
Curry powder 1/2 tsp*
1/4 bunch Cilantro (save some for garnishing)
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
1/4 cup fried onions
A few drops of lemon

Heat oil in a skillet. Add the chopped onions and the whole red peppers, black pepper, cinnamon stick and cloves.
Stir fry for a minute or two and add the ginger and garlic paste.
Now add the Ground Chicken..
Add all the spices with the *
Now add the tomatoes, fried onions and cilantro.

Add lemon all the way towards the end and cover and cook until oil shows on top.Garnish with leftover Cilantro. Serve with your choice of bread.
