Instant Brownie Sundae

If you don't have any brownies, no problem!! :D This recipe have been adapted from HERE

4 tbsp flour
4 tbsp fine sugar
2 tbsp cocoa powder (unsweetened)
2 tbsp oil
2 tbsp water
pinch of salt
chocolate chips , optional

Mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder and salt in a microwave-safe bowl.

Add the oil and the water. Add the chocolate chips if you opt.
 Whip it with a fork well so no flour is visible.
Microwave for 1 minute. (Varying on the microwave, so may need to cook it for upto 1 minute and 30 seconds) 
 That's what it should look like when it comes out. Moist but firm on top.

If serving in individual bowls, cut and transfer. If sharing as a family, scoop Vanilla ice cream over it.

Now add the toppings. I prefer Chocolate Shell, Deluxe nuts and Praline crunch.

 And of course, Whipped cream. Splurge!!! :D

Marie Biscuit Dessert

1 medium carton of Heavy Whipping Cream
1 can Caramelized Condensed Milk aka Dulce De Leche
1/2 cup Walnuts chopped
1 small pack of Marie (Maria) Cookies

This is the star of this dessert. You can usually find it in the Spanish section of your grocery store. I can easily find it at Target and Walmart. If you are not able to find it, no worries. Take a regular can of condensed milk and boil it (sealed) in a pot of boiling water for a few hours. You may also pressure cook it for about half an hour. Let it cool completely before using in the recipe.

Lets start with beating the heavy whipping cream in a bowl. Beat it until it starts forming peaks.

In the meanwhile, break the cookies into bite size pieces and put it in the serving bowl. Reserve some for garnishing.

Back to the whipping cream. Once it starts to look like this, grab your can of  Dulce de leche.

Transfer the contents into the bowl. RESIST and transfer all of it into the bowl. No keeping-some-for-licking-purpose please!

Mix well.
Add the walnuts.
Transfer it into the serving bowl and mix with the cookies.

Until it looks nice and presentable.

Crumble the remaining cookies in a chopper.

And garnish on top of your dessert. Chill for a few hours before serving.

Mayonnaise Chicken

1 chicken without skin cut into small pieces
3tbsp mayonese
1 tsp fresh ground chillies
1 tsp red chilli
1/2 tsp mustard paste
1 tsp zeera powder
3/4 tsp lemon pepper
2 tbsp diced tomatoes
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp salt

Wash the chicken and all the above ingredients except the butter.

 Let it marinate for a few hours. If you are in a rush, you can just let it marinate for a few minutes..

Add the butter and turn on the heat.

Let it simmer for a few minutes until the chicken changes its color.

Now cover on cook on medium heat until chicken is tender.

Remove the lid and cook on medium to high heat to evaporate the excess water.

Serve with Naan or your favorite bread

Maal Pura - Pancakes

1 cup or 4 large Eggs
1 cup Flour
1 cup Sugar
1 cup Milk
1 tsp Vanilla Essence

Blenderize everything together to make a thin batter.

Spray a frying pan with Pam or brush with oil so the base is greased. When medium hot, pour the batter into a thin disc.

Let it sit on the stove for a minute on medium heat.

Flip over and cook the other side until golden brown.

Serve with berries and whipped cream or enjoy on it own..
