Chicken Shashlik

Coming soon..Chicken Shashlik on skewers

2 cups boneless chicken breast, cubed
1 dash each of Soy Sauce, Hot chili sauce, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce and any other such sauces on hand
Salt, Black Pepper powder and Chinese Salt according to taste
1 tbsp Oil
1 cup Tomato sauce, canned
1/4 cup tomato ketchup
1/4 cup petite dices tomatoes (canned or fresh)
1/4 cup each of petite diced onions and bell peppers (frozen or fresh)

Marinate Boneless Chicken cubes with salt, black pepper, chinese salt, soy sauce, chili sauce (hot sauce) Worcestershire sauce and any other sauces on hand.

In a tbsp of oil, stir fry the chicken until it changes color.

Add the chopped bell peppers, chopped onions and diced tomatoes. ( I have used frozen onions and peppers and canned petite diced tomatoes.. if you have fresh on hand, great!)

Add tomato sauce, ketchup, dash of soy and chili sauce and a dash of salt, b.pepper and chinese salt. Check for taste to adjust. Cover and cook until chicken is tender. Serve over the white rice.
