So far, its named Creamy Chicken but I am open for suggestions to name it something more meaningful. My son suggest it should be called Creamy Black Pepper Chicken.. what do you think? The papaya and green chillies gives it a pretty greenish color.. How about 'Greeny Black Pepper Cream Chicken' or maybe 'Creamy Greeny Black Pepper Chicken' or maybe 'Creamy .......ummm.... Nevermind!
1 lbs of Boneless chicken breast cut into small cubes
1 heaped tbsp Raw papaya paste
1 tbsp Black pepper powder
1 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Green Chili paste
1 tbsp Ginger and Garlic paste
4 tbsp Yogurt
1/2 cup Half and Half
1/4 cup Fried Onions
2 tbsp Oil
Wash the chicken under running water.
In a bowl, add the papaya paste, salt, b.pepper, ginger garlic paste, yogurt, half & half, fried onions and Chili paste.
Marinate for at least half an hour.
In a pot, pour the oil. Heat for 30 secs and add the marinated chicken.
Mix well and cook until chicken is tender and oil shows up on top.
Serve with your choice of Naan.
