Chicken Apna Masala

Weird name, right? I don't blame you. I tried this chicken at a place called Apna restaurant and just couldn't wait to try my hands on the recipe. Its good. Really good. Try it. I mean it. Grab the chicken. Now!
Caution: This is hot! Feel free to reduce the chilli to adjust according to your taste buds.

1 lb of Bonesless chicken cubes (I used bone-in below but I still prefer boneless)
Oil about 3 tbsp
Ginger Garlic paste 2 tbsp
Crushed red chillies 3 tbsp
Salt
Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
Tumeric Powder 1/2 tsp
Ground Cumin 1 tsp
Paprika 1 tsp
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
2 tbsp Tomato Paste
2 tbsp butter
Chopped Cilantro

In a tbsp of oil in a pot, add the ginger garlic paste and 1 tbsp of crushed red chillies.

Let it simmer for a few minutes and add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder and paprika.

Simmer for a minutes until all comes together. Add the diced tomatoes.

Simmer until oil shows up on top.
Add the chicken. Use boneless if you have on hand. It tastes way better.
Blob with butter and cover and cook covered until chicken is tender.
 Add cilantro.
In a frying pan, add tomato paste and crushed red peppers into a bit of oil. Simmer and pour over the chicken.
Mix well and cook for another few minutes until all comes together.

Now the gravy will look chunky.
Sprinkle some cilantro again and serve with Naan.
This picture is not doing justice.
