1-2 pcs Boneless Chicken Breast
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp green chili paste
1/2 tsp Garlic powder
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
Dash of black pepper
Flour 1/2 cup
Sesame seeds 1 cup
Slice the chicken breast lengthwise into thin strips as pictured below.
Add all the seasonings.
First coat the sticks in flour evenly on all sides.
Now dip it in the beaten egg and roll it over to coat all sides.
Now coat the egg dipped chicken stick in sesame seeds, again covering on all sides. Use plenty of sesame seeds.
Fry them on medium low heat until nice and brownish evenly on all sides.
Drain on paper towel and serve hot with your choice of sauce.
