Shells with Sweet Corn

1 box of Jumbo Shells Paste
4 tbsp butter
4 tbsp flour
1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 cup cream
1/2 cup shredded cheese
1 cup of sweet corn kernels
Salt and Pepper to season

Boil the shells according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a pot, add 4 tbsp butter and 4 tbsp flour.
Braise well and add one and half cups of milk.
Add about half a cup of whipping cream.
Season with salt and pepper and 1/2 cup of shredded cheese.
Let it simmer..
Add the sweet corn.
Let it thicken..
Add the shells in he white sauce.
Toss it well.
Cook for a couple of minutes are serve  with garlic bread.
