Having the advantage of cubed chicken stock and Cole slaw mix makes this soup ready in a jiffy. I usually have cooked and shredded chicken ready in the freezer for sandwiches and stuff but if you don't have any handy, just boil the chicken with ginger and garlic paste and a bit of salt.
2 pks Knorr Chicken Cubes or homemade stock
1/2 cup Broccoli slaw / Cole slaw mix
1/2 cup Shredded cooked chicken
2 Eggs, whisked
3tbsp cornstarch dissolved in 1/4 cup water
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Black pepper
Few dashes Soy sauce
Few dashes Worcestershire sauce
Few dashes Hot chili sauce
2 tbsp Sugar
In a pot, add about 8 cups of water and 3 cubes of chicken stock.
Mix and pour into soup bowls and enjoy with bread sticks, croutons, or on its own..
